How will I work
As a registered transfair service partner you will have an assigned personal trainer that is familiar with the inner workings of transfair and ready to assist you (by email) with any questions you might have.
Also we provide you with a „training guide“ (a .pdf document) with valuable resources as well as cultural expectations that you should take to heart if you want to succeed in an international environment.
You will be informed by email/sms about available service requests from our customers in Europe and America that meet your skill and interests.
If you are interested in a job you would directly communicate with our customers to clarify any open questions or details. You can choose on a case by case base which jobs you want to accept.
If you accept a job offer you can download the required data and complete the work on any safe computer.
Depending on the volume and nature of the service requested you would send the customer a sample showing them how you would go about completing the request. Bigger jobs may require regular communication with the customer. Most jobs are likely to be associated with a fixed deadline by which they need to be completed.
After you complete the job, the customer will be requested to evaluate your work. This evaluation is important feedback for you so that you know what the customers think about your work and where to improve it. The evaluation results will also be important for your career path within the company. Customers can see your previous evaluations and use that information to decide if they want to work with you.
