The application process
We set up a multi-layered application process, designed to secure the quality of the services and to respect your resources. Each round is more time intensive, both for the applicant as well as our reviewers.
Step 1:
Fill out the online application form. Here we ask for some personal data, your skill set and the services you want to offer.
Step 2:
Considering the skills you have declared, we will redirect you to the relevant test(s). The tests are mainly two-steps tests. The first one is corrected by computers and the second is more complex. You will reach the second step only if you pass the first one.
Please note that we do not sell the work you do for this sample project and therefore cannot pay you for it either.
Step 3:
If you rate 4 or higher (in a scale from 1 to 5) we will give you an assignment from a real customer. The customer will evaluate your work. If you rate 4 or higher, we will welcome you as a „transfair service partner“. You also get paid, if the customer is satisfied.
