How will I be paid

Instead of paying you by the day, every job offer will be associated with a fixed pay. This pay is going to be fixed in your national currency which means that we shoulder the exchange rate risk.

After you complete the job the money will be transfered to your virtual Transfair account.

As you might know it is fairly expensive to send small amounts of money. We are still working on cheaper solutions to do this and your suggestions are welcome. Currently we use the services of Western Union and Moneygram to pay out the money to our service partners. Instead you can opt to have your money sent to your paypal account, a bank account or something else.

Additionally to your pay you will receive 12% (or the cost of the transaction) to cover the transaction fee, because the transaction fee will be deduced from your Transfair account. You can always choose when the money will be paid out.

The amount transfair service partners make depend on the service they provide. Each task has a specific pay associated to it that depends on the skill and time required to complete the task.
