How does transfair secure quality

We know that the success of our enterprise depends to a large degree on the quality of the work our service partners deliver.

All transfair service partners have completed a standardized test that we carefully evaluated manually. In the tests we focus on accuracy, comprehension, communication, timeliness and presentation. Only 11 out of 125 applicants (as of November 2011) met the standards we set and entered our pool.

Transfair as an enterprise is still in beta-testing. At this point we spot check all the work of our service partners before we return it to you.
